Laureate of Tirana University on economic sciences, MBA master at University of Bordeaux. He has received the title CPA in 2005 and since 2011 he is a chartered auditor expert, member of the Institute of Accounting Experts of Albania experienced in auditing, accounting, taxation and consultancy for native, foreign companies and persons.

In 2010 he studied the formation of tax controls at the National School of Taxes in Noisy-le-Grand (France). He specializes in tax and taxation with an experience over 12 years in tax institutions.
